Minuteman Electronic Medical Records System provides a total medical records
package including rapid transition from paper charts with integral
high-speed scanning support. Minuteman supports user-defined
document categories, fax-to-chart, multiple document types such as
Word, Excel and scanned documents. Minuteman includes lab
requisitions and lab results display, vitals with growth charts, referral management,
problem list, medications list, ADR information and much more.
Minuteman includes built-in flow sheets for medical history, family
history, health screening and immunizations. Also included is
a sophisticated flow sheet editor allowing creation of specialized
flow sheets for such things as lipid management, diabetes, narcotics
and any other use imaginable.
Minuteman
includes a document routing and annotation system that allows documents,
lab results, referrals, billing notices and Rx refill requests to be routed
by way of an integral In Box installed on each users workstation.
With In Box, a document can be created and routed between any
Minuteman user with each user making annotations on the original
document. This system makes all clinical communication between
medical staff a permanent part of a patients chart. Rapid
one-click transition from a document in the In Box to the patients
chart.

The Minuteman system includes HL7 compliant real-time import/export ability for patient demographics, labs requisitions and results, documents, problem lists, prescriptions and ADR. This allows Minuteman to smoothly interface with your existing billing and medication prescription software.
