Enterprise Employee Scheduler application provides for
unlimited locations, unlimited positions within those locations and
unlimited qualification requirements for any position. An elegant
drag-and-drop user interface allows for quick employee assignments.
A Copy to... function allows the user to copy any day's
positions or schedules to any one or more days. Using this
feature, it's possible to create a complex daily schedule consisting
of many positions spanning many different times with different
qualifications, and quickly copy that day to any week, month or
year.

The Enterprise Employee Scheduler alerts the scheduling authority of
employee time or qualification conflicts and overtime issues in real
time as the schedule is created, by color codes when the
daily or monthly schedule is displayed and by a filtered error
report.
The Daily Status Control Panel shows all locations
scheduling status for any selected date using color codes.
With this screen, a manager can monitor all positions at all
locations in real time, even if the enterprise is scattered over a
large geographical area.
Enterprise Employee Scheduler
produces printed schedules by day, week or month and can be filtered
by employee, position, location and qualification. Additional
reports include employee hours report, employee qualification
reports and error reports by day, week or month. An
optional module displays individual employee and location schedules
on a password protected web site giving employees unlimited access
to future schedules from any browser. An optional email module
can send emails to employees in the event of a scheduling change and
send emails to managers if a scheduling error occurs.
